If you require enhanced performance and reliability to run business critical applications like VoIP, VPN and video conferencing, without buffering or any other latency issues, then a private circuit is the best connectivity option for you. Private circuits have the same upload speed as download so cloud services work perfectly everytime.
Another significant advantage to using a private circuit is that, if something does go wrong, it's fixed within 8 hours. The fix time for normal broadband is measured in days.
Our standard setup time is 76 days however, we also have a fast-track option available at the time of purchase. If you need your circuit connecting urgently, please let us know when you order.
Our private circuits are delivered using our own network, which has significantly further reach than the fibre network of the incumbent operator. We therefore cover 99% of the Isle of Man by population.
If you have been turned down by another provider or given high excess construction charges (ECCs) then we're here to soften the blow. We've installed our service in remote locations around the Isle of Man many miles away from existing fibre cabling.
